Al Halal Innovation operates on the principle of trust and quality. We specialize in creating solutions that respect cultural and spiritual principles. Users agree not to use our tools for any activities that violate ethical or legal standards.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a specific Project Agreement, all custom software, API architectures, and UI/UX designs created by Al Halal Innovation remain the intellectual property of Al Halal Innovation until full payment is processed.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for technical excellence, Al Halal Innovation is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services beyond the scope defined in individual contracts.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platforms, including flagship products like Taalem or Nogorsheba, if users violate these terms or engage in conduct detrimental to the community.
